All modeling outcomes are dependent on the quality of provided data. Gulf Metric Workshop holds no liability for skewed projections resulting from erroneous user-supplied metrics.
Regional Compliance
Operating within Oman requires adherence to local cyber-security frameworks. You agree to use the Hub in compliance with the Electronic Transactions Law of the Sultanate.

Your use of our predictive tools does not transfer any ownership of the underlying mathematical models. You retain ownership of your raw data, while we own the proprietary method of data transformation that yields unique hub insights.

Users may terminate their subscription at any time via the user portal. However, Gulf Metric Workshop reserves the right to suspend any account displaying suspicious activity or irregular insights harvesting patterns that threaten hub stability.
Dispute Handling
Any disagreements arising from these terms will be settled through the courts of Muscat, Oman. We advocate for a reconciliation period of 30 days before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
Change Logistics
